well well ..life just sucks during attachment la.. tooo tired to go anywhere le ba.. haha.. so straight after work took MRT home . But on my way home , in the LRT saw someone i veri long nv see le.. " but he quite smart la , nv fall into the trick.. shit him .. haha..then after chatting for a while acc ann jiat walk to the park there then i went home for dinner lo..DEn watch tv awhile then off i go to exercise (JOGGING) hais.. recently dunno wad happen to my body le lei.. like no strength to run or do other exercise lei.. feel that i become weaker and weaker le..i think is becoz recently i always go drinking or wad ba..hais.. cannot , i must go train more and drink less le..
